Veeta - Vita - Vegimin

over the past few yearsm my Doctor has put me on a lot of supplements. I like that she prefers to fight off things with supplements & diet rather than prescriptions. I am currently on daily womens vitamins. Vitamin D, Calcium, and B-12. Seems to be working for me, along with eating whole foods and a LOT of exercise.
