In the past few months, I had been battling a touch of insomnia..not being able to fall asleep, or waking in the middle of the night. Not something I have ever had issue with before, so it baffled me. I kept trying to figure out what I was doing to cause this, because I was against taking any kind of sleep aids. I fetl like if I did, I would become reliant on them. Well, ever since I started boot camp, I have not had these issues. While I do not get to bed before 10:30 anymore, I am no longer having sleep issues! I am so tired from the workout, I fall right asleep and do not wake up except to relieve myself from all the water I've been drinking!
