Larger than Life

I was watching a movie from the 80's the other day, and they referred to a breast augmentation as "cosmetic surgery"...does anyone call it that anymore? I think your basic procedures like tatoo removal and acne scar removal are still called that, but if you get your chest done, they just call it a boob job! Ha!
