I have been doing a little spring cleaning to get ready for our community yard sale - hoping to scrape up a few extra dollars selling some of my old golf balls, dishes, and other odds & ends! One woman's trash is another's treasure! Speaking of golf - I finally have a nibble on my clubs which have been listed on Craigslist for some time now!

Sniff sniff..smell that? It is the scent of homemade goodness that no candle can replicate!
The smell of banana nut bread floats through my house this morning. I had a few brown bananas begging to be made into bread. Anyone who knows me, knows I do not let a rotten banan go to waste, people at work BRING me their brown bananas from home! I made 3 mini loaves and half a dozen muffins this time. Tomorrow is a neighbor's birthday, so she'll be getting one of the loaves. The other 2 will go in the freezer, and the muffins will be eaten all week!

Craigslist

I had a nibble on the travel trailer, a serious nibble where the person actually went out to see it, haven't heard back from them yet. Haven't had any reasonable offers yet either...I did have someone email and offer me 50% less than what we were asking...and they can keep walking. I am not that desperate, and I hate to think someone was trying to take advantage - but it's hard not to think that when you are selling an RV that had NEVER been on the road, has all the original stickers on the appliances, and upgraded queen foam mattress, and has a blue book value of $20K, and they offer you something in the 4 digit range. Really people. If I wamted to give it away, I would donate it to an organization and take the tax write off. Seriously.

I have been very busy this weekend with Mom related business, and an out of town guest...but that did not stop me from scoring tickets to see Eric Claption! Thanks to my friend Lee over at The Leebo Show, and a firm plan, we were able to tag team Ticketmaster yesterday morning, and he was the first to get through - from his hotel in Toronto where he is traveling on very sophisticated, double secret probation Berry Business! So, on Saturday May 3rd- we will be at the Ford Amphitheatre to soak up the Guitar Playing Genius that IS EC. It will be my 4th time seeing him, and he gets better every time.
